We know waiting is the hardest part, so here’s how shipping usually goes from our door to yours.

Transit times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed by Courduroy. Weather, carrier delays, and other surprises sometimes pop up—and while they’re out of our hands, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated. Thanks for your understanding.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it better. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items should be returned in their original condition whenever possible.
• Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the package.
• Free return shipping labels are available for all domestic orders.
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply place a new order for what you’d like instead and return the original item—we’ll process your refund as soon as it arrives back with us.
